Here are some guidelines to remember when submitting messages:

  • Make sure your subject line is specific and informative.
  • Make the content of your message brief and easy-to-read.
  • Avoid using colors, exclamation points, all CAPS, etc.
  • Remember your audience is other employees, not students.
